Vinny, an attorney from Brooklyn, has pleaded a complicated case in Alabama. Accommodated in a small motel, near a railway, the attorney is awakened early in the morning by the passing of an express train. Dissatisfied with this, the attorney goes to the motel owner, and asked, Does that freight train come through at 5 AM every morning? No sir, it's very unusual, replied the motel owner.
